Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which fees paid to PT Clarity Consulting and Public Services may be refunded.

1. Nature of Our Services

PT Clarity Consulting and Public Services provides professional consulting, coordination and documentation services. Fees compensate the professional work performed — not the outcome of decisions made by third parties such as embassies, employers, or conference organizers.

2. Refund Principles

• Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.
• Documentation and coordination fees are non-refundable once the work has commenced.
• Where a service has not yet started, a refund may be issued net of any administrative costs already incurred.
• Fees paid to third parties (embassies, visa centers, partners) are governed by those third parties' own policies.

3. Requesting a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@claritycps.com with the client name, engagement reference and reason for the request. Requests are reviewed within 10 business days.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis where exceptional circumstances demonstrably prevented service delivery. Such reviews are conducted in good faith and are final.
